Design of the new coffee cupping room for Cafetales Hamburgo Institute, located within Finca Hamburgo, Chiapas. The project repurposes the estate's former coffee roastery into a space integrated with the coffee processing facilities.

Designed as both a cupping lab and an educational environment, the space encourages knowledge sharing between Finca Hamburgo and small-scale coffee producers, promoting transparency, education, and best practices in coffee cultivation and processing.
